We tend to stick to traditional dishes and all traditional methods of cooking such as the Classic
Charcoal Tandoori oven in our kitchen which is used to cook the Tandoori Chicken, Chicken
Tikka, Marinated Fish and of course all the Tandoori breads to bring that authentic, fresh flavour
to life.
There is a large variety of Northern Indian dishes served. Some of the most popular meat dishes
such as Makhani (Butter) Chicken and Rogan Josh (lamb dish with yoghurt) are constantly
simmering on the stove during busy times of the day and night to satisfy every customers
appetite. In the vegetarian dishes, popular dishes include Vegetable Kofta, Vegetable Korma and
of course there are always the more conventional varieties such as Daal (lentils) and Palak
(spinach) dishes which are constantly in high demand.
